Do I receive an email confirmation of my order?
Yes. A receipt is emailed to you as soon as your payment goes through. You can also sign in any time through the account icon to see your invoice history, view or download invoices, and update your name, address and payment details.
Can I exchange a size or color?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase you have selected the correct sizes and colors. If you’re unsure about a size, write to us before you order and we’ll help you choose.
How do I know what size to order?
Every product page has a size guide and a note on how the model is wearing the piece. We carry Small to 10X. Still unsure? Tell us your usual size and we’ll recommend one.
How should I care for my garment?
Machine wash cold, inside out, and hang or tumble dry low. Embroidered and patched pieces last longest when you skip the high heat.
Who do I contact about custom apparel?
Schools, teams and businesses can request a quote on our Custom Apparel page. It asks for garment type, quantity and artwork up front so we can price your project quickly.
